This is the story of the great leaders of the freedom struggle in India, their personalities, their trials and tribulations, their conflicts and political maneuvering that ended in the partition of India, and forced a violent migration of 15 million people across the new borders to find new homes and identities. Was it necessary? You be the Judge.
